Ok here goes nothing! Please put stupid ideas that you never hope get implemented into EVE - then in a few years we will resurrect this thread and see how it has gone! Chances are most ideas may be implemented! =)
This thread is intended as a tongue in cheek thread for all whiners, posers, FW members, and people like me (that is the rest of you and all of the above) to post your ideas that you never hope see the light of day - but are funny as hell to think about - implemented!
1 - Drones require ammo, there would be counters on each drone indicating ammo type and quantity and you would have to dock them every so often and carry ammo for them so they can continue to fight.
2 - The ability to eject fitted items so if you have no isk you can ransom yourself with your fittings.
3 - Designs and colors for ships - so I can put a nice big playboy bunny on my Dominix, paint it John Deere Green, and add a confederate flag logo to the other side.
4 - Allow marriage rings in game to be bought and sold so people can get married in spce.........yeah......or something.

Ideas I hope never appear in game?
How about an item "Sansha's Nations for Dummies" .. or would that be "Sansha's Nations for Zombies"?
Veldspar mining Capital ships - especially if they appear in Amarr space.
Special interest, super expensive shuttles, that look like shuttles.
Thats all I can think of for now.

* Any further nerfing of combat of any kind.
* Making any area immune to probing.
* Custom ship skins.
* Capital mining ships.
* Cheap, high-capacity cargo ships.
* Removal of sentry guns.
* CONCORD buffing.
* Police buffing.
* Return to WT15.
* And 99% of everything in the Features & Ideas forum, including some of the threads I've started there in the past.

Oh by "any nerfing of combat" I did not mean "any nerfing of combat modules", but rather the game mechanics that provide consequences for the basic act of aggression itself.

Things I hope I never see:
- Reintroduction of goods (like shuttles and drones) that used to be sold by NPCs.
- Asteroids that spawn with EVEN LESS ore.
- A client that no longer supports my 7 year old computer. 
- Instant worry free Player Respawn after death and destruction.
- The removal of flavor text from NPC Corporations and other story based text boxes that make me feel like I'm working and fighting for something, instead of raw data and 1s and 0s... oh wait... That just came about in the last patch.

Each would give points that people can then redeem for "Achiever's" Modules, which are the equivalent of Officer items but are unmarketable.
* PODTASTIC! - Get podded 100 times.
* Philanthropist - Give away 500 million isk.
* Number Dyslexia - Fall for a 999 Scam.
* Delusions of Grandeur - Fly and Lose a T3 Ship.
* Heavy Industry - Successfully complete 50 Inventions.
* You Clumsy Pilot...! - Collide with 250 Objects.
* Quantum Leap - Use 15,000 Stargates.
* Preparing to Dispense Product... - Accumulate 1 hour of reloading time.
