This is a question to CCP. Since two weeks i am looking for empty factory-slots. In the meantime i have found some but i can't use them for the corporation because i can't rent an office there. When i try to buy it the owners want between 500.000 k - 1.000.000 k for one slot. A good profit they make, because they rented them for 2 or 3 k and the office only for one ISK. New Players don't have a real chance. All advantages are in the hands of the starting players. Newbies only have the chance to join an existing corporation. But this i don't want. It really sucks and i am on the way to finish this game in the next days.

Agreed that we (the older players) have all the advantages here in this game the way the current rent system works. We can only hope that CCP will change that soon. The only chance you got is more or less to get contact one of the Corp's that have offices there and ask if they would please cancel their rent of a office there. I know my own Corp has alot offices around the paths we normally travel both to have waypoints where we can store stuff but also points of sales.

You state all the advantage is in the starting players. You also forget all the disadvantages of being the pioneers in the game and the subsequent setbacks which they have faced.
For a proper market environment to grow in size and business to occur it requires real estate. The beginning players have did gain a benefit of not having to travel far to setup shop, but they also face massive competition at this point. The limited real estate keeps competition high, but regulates the amount of competition in one area.
If you desire you have factories and a place for a corporation, there are places which this can be done. In time, those who had settled close in will migrate outward as their need for expansion will not be able to be accommodated by the local area facilities. At this point, they will most likely pass on the real estate they control (move out) and someone else can take their spot.
Development and growth in the game is plagued with obstacles which must be overcome. With time the obstacles faced by each new generation will change and requirements will be totally different from the previous. So try not to focus upon some specific advantage someone else may have had , but focus upon the advantages which you have.

to the pioneer. there is no pioneer doing. it only depends on your possibility to buy the game earlier and to start earlier.

Jep, the sooner you got the game the bigger ships you will have at this moment..
I got mine 2 weeks after the release, people were playing it for 2 weeks already then. Since all ores were like too easy to get then, the early beginners made huge profits.
