Quick question, and wanted to get this into the right area.
Looking at getting into R&D. Have been reviewing/reading some of the threads here and older area. One thing I noticed was the area/information regarding the racial based decryptors. Are these still in game? Or were they removed from previous patches. I can't seem to find anything recent regarding these. I understand R&D (regarding running datacores/BP's/Interfaces) to get a T2 breakthrough, but some of the older posts were referencing decryptors, and I can't seem to find anything of the sort on the market in-game. Not even a slot for them. Mind you, I am talking about standard T2 research, not reverse engineering for Sleeper tech., etc.
Any ideas on this? Hell, even a reference to some older patch notes would work.
Thanks in advance.

Sleeper Tech has nothing at all to do with Tech III and reverse engineering, Sleeper Tech is a COSMOS related manufacturing skill.
Racial decryptors like these are used in Tech III reverse engineering only. Standard T2 decryptors are in the market area pointed out above. --

Thanks. That makes sense. That's what I'm looking for. Just thought the area would be directly different, and I wasn't looking under the NPC faction datafile listing.
Much appreciated.
