So ATM I will give it the benefit of the doubt . . . For the moment. Seems to me that a BC (sig) is nerfing the biggest thing HACs have going for them. It also seems like fitting a MWD and adding 2 LSE II's would send things south pretty fast. Shall I also add that the Cane has no such bonus to make it "HAC" worthy? (Falloff, optimal, tracking whatever.) And as if the Hurricane isn't one of the best PVP boats around anyway? Its pretty fast as it's, and aligns pretty quick to. I think my laps in judgment has subsided . . . All aboard the fail boat
