No such thing.
Harvesters are drops off of convoys. They drop in massive quantities, which is why it may seem like they are being produced.
Edit: FYI, from what I've heard, massive as in "more than 2-3 indies can carry"

Does the 30 units mining ability mean 30 units of ore or 30 m3 of ore? Cause i am pretty sure that is how it works with the mining lasers. I have miner 1s and they put 76 ore in my hold each time they deposit, so is it the same? Thanks

m3 units.
If you have mining lvl 4, you get 48 units or so off of miner 1's. Meaning, you can pull in like 3 bistot per minute per laser. or like 480 veldspar at the same time.

Check eveauction.com theres always people selling them there (the drones, not BP's). They typically go for around 50-55k each. Its worth it though since they mine more than basic drones, and they also can mine the bigger ores, which basic drones cant (anything bigger than Gneiss or Spod and they just do nothing).

Have you ever clicked recycle on a Harvester? They recycle for ~5 tritantium. If there were blueprints people would be cranking them out by the hundreds of thousands. And they cant really change the recycle value on them now since it would be even more free money to the people have them. Especially since the other mining drones have Megacyte in them, it would be pracitcally free megacyte with the quantity of these that have been dropped.

They're drop off's of Convoy's??? What do you do, attack the convoy to get the drones?

Yup, only certain types of convoys.
This is what I've heard but can't confirm:
They drop (specifically) off of the Caravan convoy type
But not all Caravans drop them
When they do drop, they drop in massive quantities.

So you basically have to just know where the drop point is, and you can pick them up and sell them.
