1. Check and adjust market orders.
2. Text chat with others in local who are also stuck.
3. Watch your skill points increase in EVEMon.
4. Check to see if you have enough loyalty points for new implants.
5. Watch the stars trying to realign.
6. Run agent missions in your uber, stellar, faction fit battleship hoping you don't have to jump through a gate.
7. Mine until there are no asteroids left in the EVE universe.
8. Gate camp your local lowsec/nullsec area.... someone's bound to jump in and get stuck.
9. Check your Corps killboard, wishing you had more kills on it.
10. Implement CCP's workaround.... never mind... play a different game then.

Thank you for the list. I would have struggled to find anything to do.

You scare me. I was just about to do the Former and then the latter. But now i think i'll do the latter first. Then play more eve.

Why should I, a paying customer, be forced to use an easy and effective workaround offered up by the obviously incompetant dev team who are *making* me use this easy to use and effective workaround to cover up shoddy coding when I am a paying customer!? 15: Sc**** yourself off the cliffs because you were watching the Wahine's surf instead of watching where you were going while you were surfing.
16: have your Wahine bring you your laptop in the hospital so you can log in and play more EVE while recovering from your near fatal surfing accident that was caused by the developers shoddy coding.
17: Contact your lawyers to file a useless personal Injury lawsuit against CCP because you smeared yourself on a cliff while surfing and watching the Wahine's surf instead of where you were going because CCP had shoddy coding that cause your game to hang forcing you to go outside and have a life.
18: or just restart your client.
