Guys, after a lot of pouring over data and reading probably 9 different websites on the subject, I believe I have come to the perfect setup.
I need you to tell me what you think:
[Capsule, THE BEST EVER]
It's cap stable, it has the signature of a shuttle and with full snake set it goes just over 200m/s. We're talking a decent speed ship with a signature tank and a bit of flair. Even with its inherent signature tanking ability it's probably not going to be the staple of a combat fleet's tank.
Though I imagine a swarm of these setups would prove effective against hostiles if executed with just the right precision and timing. Only thing you have to watch out for is smartbombs, otherwise you're gonna have quite the story to tell.

It's not a damage ship, so you have to use it with annoyance in mind. It makes a great little tank ship, you just have to use it sparingly.
500 EHP, but you have to keep in mind that it's the signature that is saving you :3

reminds me, the other day was flying through low sec and I saw an empty pod sitting at a gate.... yes an empty pod with no pilot and no one in system so someone managed to eject from a pod lol.
anyone know how they managed to pull this off?

ive spoken with corpies and its apparently a server desync bug but hey its a free egg :):)

SO this guy, once...
1.) He figures hey... I can't kill your vexor, so Ill try an speed tank it. Don't use your drones and lets see if I can.
2.) I say ok...
3.) He can't speed tank small autocannons on it. So he uses an array of Minmitar crafts in varying configurations. . . . and no he still cant.
4.) He figures "hey pods have a really really small sig." Stay right there he says, Ill come back in one and orbit you.
5.) His transverse was well withing my tracking without web. His pod was as good as popcorn.
I find it ironic that even in jest your theory isn't sound. But at least it was really funny....
err... Oh wait ....

That same thing happened to me actually. No one in local, but a capsule on scan. Turns out it was hanging on a gate and was invulnerable to attack

That's nothing, a corpmate of mine while scanning in a cov ops found an empty pod in the middle of a sun. We had a lot of fun trying to warp to it and made a fun bookmark to give to newbies in the corp.
