Good day,
Looking to auction or sell this toon outright, I just don't have too much time for as many alts as I want so yea.
He has 88 skills for a total of 24m sp and change. 34 of those skills are at level V. He is currently working on getting his armor comps to V at the moment.

I will of course pay the transfer fee. He will be located in Gelfiven, Molden Heath region. Has a few ships and minor assests, but nothing spectacular to mention.

Apparently the character has been transferred to Warpout warpout, this I can accept as being fair. From Warpout, I have learned that both amounts of isk were sent to character: Darius Mitchell

It has been five days since I offered a buyout and sent my isk, looks like the original owner of Zane Tempest is a thief. Accepting an ingame deal and "forgetting" to return my isk is clear evidence of theft. Ingame mails and posts in this thread have gone unanswered.
The new owner of Zane Tempest has told me that all the isk involved in that sale was transferred to the "Darius Mitchell" character.
Known characters:
Darius Mitchell, Windex

Darius Mitchell has been active since the beginning of the year:

God I love this channel...
The way it works is:
You offer a buy out
He accepts on forums that you are buying and he agrees to your offer
You send money
He sends toon.
If you decide to send him money then it's his to keep...Very much like a donation.
If you're interested I have a few toons to sell but i will need the ISKies up front first.

This issue has been resolved by the GMs, and my isk has been returned.
I'd advise players in future, to avoid character transactions with Windex/Darius Mitchell. Scamming and theft may be acceptable in EVE, but it is not acceptable in the trade of characters.

CCP has now taken the isk back from Zane, as the current owner of Zane Tempest I am now broke.
I would like to get this sorted as this is a loss I cannot recover without great pains.

- I tracked this thread since beginning and i always thought: why did Tsuya send isk without some kind of confirmation that the seller is fine with his offer.
- When it is true that ccp transfered the isk from warpout to Tsuya, it would be fine when Tsuya would actually also open a petition. Because this solution is even worse then the original problem. The odd thing is basically: if this is true, it proves that the responding support guy did not really read your petition. I mean, this implies somehow, that everything buyed within eve might cost 2x the expected price (depends on weather condition).
Maybe i dont fit to well into eve ;o) I would not consider to sell a character for isk and when i receive isk by accident i just give it back without regrets (subtracting the broker fee - which might be high for such a sum).
.o(Reminds me, that im still annoyed because of the logistics bug preventing me from doing proper ninja logistics. (ah right its not a bug - its a feature))

I can't belive they did that lol  . It's totally ******ed. Almost as ******ed as throwing money at some one and assuming you now own their stuff.
Hopefully this will all get resolved with much more drama to come
