Gaven actually presented you with a pretty good object lesson in traditional Amarran beliefs. There's a pretty wide gap between saying "we won't go to war with the Minmatar Republic and the Gallente Federation until the Emperor says so" and saying "we won't go to war with the Minmatar Republic and the Gallente Federation because we aren't that bloodthirsty".

Actually, I can recommend several good locations where I happen to be selling ammo and missles. Anything Rhia would like to buy would be much appreciated. After all it's not everyday some rich nutter offers to fund your operations, why if she is really vigilant in her efforts at buying the ammo I'm sure I'll be able to help several of my brethren acquire ships of the new assault class and still have enough left over to purchase high end minerals and build more ammo and missles from the BPOs that I have to allow my brethren to blow up her fragile suicide ships.
