I'll keep that in mind, but it has 7m in leadership skills I don't need that's what booster alts are for. It also doesn't have gallente or caldari battleship V. And it's missing heavy drone operation V. |

That's better but it's missing Minmatar Cruiser and Frigate V. Large Projectile and Energy Turrets V. So I'm going to have to pass. |

I've decided that I need to purchase another pilot first, so I'm putting this WTB on the back burner.

No way that's what the OP is looking for. Look at all those wasted skills in social, industry, science, and PI. Oh, and confirming that the OP is lazy and impatient, and if he wants a perfect character, he should train it up himself. |
