a little bit more than what i need, I'm lookin at a 3b isk budget, dont need anything other than ice mining really. So if you have a basic ice miner, i'll buy him outright.

I have a rather large Eve fleet with too many accounts and I'm trying to scale this down so I'm selling cheaply (but not giving characters away! ). This is a little over your budget but you can have her for 4 billion ISK. Currently in a strip mining and rigged Hulk in high sec.
