At the time of this posting an ultimatum was announced by the Drekla Consortium in conjunction with the Republic of Mai in regards to recent activity located in the Mai system. Lisento Slaven, CEO of the Drekla Consortium, had the following statement issued publicly:

Several groups have recently been harassing the peaceful locals of the Mai system. These disrespectful individuals have severely depressed the economy of the Zemont constellation. This is extremely disheartening to the inhabitants of this corner of the Domain region.
The Zemont constellation, specifically the Mai system, have been a thriving political and economic area for the people of Domain region. Exquisite peace treaties, the occasional marriage, and business transactions of high quality have taken place in or around the Mai system for the greater good of all Domain region inhabitants.
To make a long story short, Mai is a golden seat of commerce, diplomacy, art, and friendship. The invasion of this system by several groups, all seemingly at the same time, has resulted in intense combat and the destruction of many ships.
I feel at this time it is necessary to respond publicly and bluntly to the groups perpetuating these hostile actions against the people of the Zemont constellation and the Republic of Mai. The following organizations shall from this moment forward cease and desist all developmental activities in the Zemont constellation, particularly in the Mai system:
Nihilist Initiative [NINIT] (CORP)
Against All Authorities [.-A-.] (ALLIANCE)
Goonswarm [OHGOD] (ALLIANCE)
Decorum Inc [DECO] (CORP)
The Midnight Sun [M-SUN] (CORP)
Shell Corp [SHECO] (CORP)
State War Academy [SWA] (CORP)
Tres Viri [TV] (ALLIANCE)
Curatores Veritatis Alliance [CVA] (ALLIANCE)
These are just some of the hostile organizations that have been operating violently in the area. Others exist but have not constituted a greater impact on the day to day business of the Domain region.
In conjunction with compliance towards ceasing all developmental activities and removing all developed and stored assets in the Zemont constellation, all unfriendly, non-peaceful, and outright disrespectful and beligerent organizations (listed above) are hereby ordered to create one piece of artwork each. The art must be of high quality. Here are the criteria for the artwork:
-Each organization must provide 1 piece of artwork/digital image
-The artwork must be no larger then 3MB in size
-The artwork must be of a popular pod-pilot of EVE washing a ship
-No organization may choose the same pod-pilot
-No organization may choose the same ship
-Fedo's must be present in the image
If these simple and peaceful terms are not met by the listed organizations then official Concord Sanctioned war may be declared. One week from today May 27th is the deadline for this.
