Limited Recruitment Drive Open!
Red Skull S.O.G. is a small, tight knit corporation dedicated to one thing and one thing only: profiting from PvP. Be warned though, we are not the average combat corporation - far from it. We specialize in surveillance and intelligence gathering, which gives us a very strong advantage when we enter combat. We place a very high value on knowing more than our enemy, and we fight corporations that vastly outnumber us. That is why intel on our enemies is of the utmost importance. We utilize psychological warfare tactics to weaken the resolve of our opponents, we frustrate them, we strike quickly and vanish into thin air, we change our times and tactics to confuse them. A single frigate pilot armed with the right intelligence can inflict hundreds of millions of isk in damage in a matter of hours.
Our gang is not made up of ultra-elite pvp'ers and we make no claims to such status. We have no intention of getting into RR Battleship fleet fights, blobbing, POS bashing, or any of the standard EvE PvP games. Our game style is more about profiting from combat rather than showing off muscle or epeen, and small gangs are excellent for this.
As a member of Red Skull S.O.G., your activities may include surveillance, research, deception with the intent of gaining intel, and diversion tactics, as well as normal combat operations. This is one aspect of our style that sets us apart. If the idea of fighting "unconventional" wars appeals to you then you should come meet with us and see if we are a good fit for each other.
The Offer: A chance to fly with a small close knit group of friends Be a part of something different, do something that actually fits in with the dark backdrop of the EvE story line You will be treated with respect and dignity... There are no "meatshields" in our corp and every member is valued for their contributions and dedication Profit from the spoils of war - we pick juicy targets A more diverse style of gameplay, where you may be engaged in multiple activities at once Killboard, forums and voice comms Lots of lolz, we have a lot of fun A mature atmosphere... our current members are all married and have children, no kiddies in our gang Relish in the tears of your victims, get lots of funny emoRAGE mails and convo's from your targets
What we are looking for in you: A desire to be a part of a team Smarts/common sense and maturity while having the ability to have fun - must possess a good sense of humor Knowledge of EvE's game mechanics and how they affect combat Some prior pvp experience as well as knowing how to make safe spots and proficiency with the directional scanner Security status that allows you to enter all of Hi-sec No hard skillpoint req's, just be able to effectively fit and fly combat ships (Tech 2 in your preferred ship) Working microphone... voice comms are vital as well as the ability to speak and understand English clearly Be able to keep your cool when being insulted, the nature of our business ensures it will happen a lot Be willing to engage in non-wartarget related griefing... mission busting, pirating (hi and low sec), can flipping etc. Over 18, 21 preferred because we like to engage in drunken gang roams
For more information or to apply please join in-game channel Red Skull S.O.G. Public, alternatively you can convo Professor Terror, Marc Scaurus, or Black Bag.

Page 5?! This is madness!
Some things that Black left out - our killboard is here.
We are just finishing up our first campaign against a 'little' corp called All Tactical Telemetry. You can view the campaign statistics here. The final ISK loss/gain ratio fails to give the correct value for a Worm that was dropped out of a hauler, so you can add about 50 mil to the final total, taking us to just under 400 million ISK in damage done within 6 days, in return for 3 rifter losses (2 of which I blame on exhaustion/beer).
The final tally also does not account for the fact that from the onset of the war to its conclusion, the corp in question lost 60+ members, and was completely unable to conduct their regular mining ops and solo mining ventures. Total estimate of ISK lost, through both attacks and disruption of schedules, is 1 billion ISK (give or take a hundred million).
We're looking to expand our horizons a bit - with the right people complimenting our skills, we aim to make even more money, and produce even more carebear tears in the 'safety' of high sec. Hit us up, Eve mail or drop into our public channel.

We are having alot of fun and getting lots of kills. The loot we have pulled from some of the war targets has been very nice.
We don't mind giving some training so newer players that like the idea of what we are doing shouldn't be afraid to come meet us. For us it is more important that we work well together than what ships you can fly. Convo Marc or myself (Professor Terror) or join our ingame channel at Red Skull S.O.G. Public and introduce yourself!

Forgot to mention that most of your kills were against players that do not even have 30 days worth of experience. Or the fact that you wouldn't commit to a real battle, or even a 2v1 against one of our members. Bunch of cowards.
I will say GL on the recruitment, but I better not see you in the future ;)

He's a satisfied customer (Note to any other griefer corps, this guys corp is epic fail and easy kills, many good oportunities for ganking fail-fit Crows and Drakes if thats your thing)
Thanks for the bump btw

Just finishing up a small break, two wars against much smaller targets. Got big plans for the coming 2-3 weeks though, and still looking for 1-2 more pilots interested in blowing stuff up, and not snobbish about skillpoints either (we kindly refer you to our killboard stats for those that think low SP characters can't pew pew).
Get in touch with myself or Terror soon - eve mail, convo, hit up Red Skull S.O.G. Public - just do it!

Want more targets than you can possibly kill? Our next war will have us outnumbered somewhere in the area of 100:1 so there will be many opportunities. We need 1 or 2 more pilots to join us in the fun. All you need is a well fit ship and the desire to kill. Contact us ingame if you are interested.

Edited by: Sithno Tar on 25/06/2009 23:58:44 After I looked at you kill board and looking at the one corp you been fighting. It seems more like your grieffing a bunch of noobs that cant defend themselves very much. Your more like high sec pirates than anything else. What is your deal. "Our game style is more about profiting from combat rather than showing off muscle or epeen." Sounds more like cowardry to me. "Profit from the spoils of war - we pick juicy targets." noob frigates, cruisers, and mining barges make up most you kills. How is that juicy.

That's my initial thought. Then again, killing n00bs is great fun too. Nothing more fun than podding a n00b in a retriever that just got some new implants and seeing him vent off in local
Really mate, it doesn't matter if they're n00bs, this is Eve Online not Carebears Love-In Online. Getting blown up is part of the game. Not only that but their emo tears are as tasty as BoB's tears were. I think this is a great idea. 100:1 ratio sounds impressive because, after all, that means that many more people to shoot at. They can run and hide from anyone that can kill them and jump any loners they find. That's why you keep something like this small. After all the more people the other side have, the more targets you have. This makes it very difficult to jump any of your players. Keeping the corp small means you can engage in guerrilla tactics and never face any real threat because n00bs don't know sh*t. Hide in deadspace, watch out for probes, warp to the unsuspecting n00b, warp back, rinse, repeat.
Griefing is a part of the game, and a very enjoyable part at that. The only lie is the e-peen thing. The messages here prove this is all about the e-peen. "X member corp vs X hundred member corp and we are the sh*t because we use guerrilla tactics versus n00bs." Yeah, it's still about the e-peen.

So not impressed. I have a cookie for you guys. Want a cookie? Nah I'm just kidding, I won't give you a cookie.
Standby kids. And remember: Target Loves You. Even if you are special. And ugly. Ah who am I kidding. I just want you for your bodies, fat and acne scarred as they are. Cause you taste good with ketchup. <3
Griefing Noobs = Killing kittens. Very Elite and Special ops like.

Marc Scarus: Aw come on guys? Why didn't you tell me we were starting the Brokeback Mountain play!?! Black Bag: Because U R too rough with us! Marc Scarus: U like it. Professor Terror: Oh gawd yes sweetpea! Punish me like the naughty boy I am. Black Bag: U know what EVE needs boys? Decorative schemes on our ships! I just clicked on this thread totally randomly and I find it pretty hilarious that you guys are ganking ATT also. We wardecked them a couple months back just for fun since they kept showing up in giant frig gangs in lowsec. They were great fun to play with.

P.S. Griefing people helpless and weaker than you is the best part of this game. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise and keep up the good work. ----- The Python Cartel - My Pirate Blog |

Ganking noobs? Why not...someone has to introduce the herd to pew. I'm willing to bet all the big spec ops outfits in Eve prolly started with "picking on Noobs". I like your approach as outlined in the original post if you indeed do intel work. It has a certain "freshness" about it as compared to the typical stale corp mission statement. I hope you guys can make it happen. Anyway good hunting and always fly deadly...flying safe is for noobs scrambling for the dock up.
I got ganked / podded in .4 and all I got was this lousey clone T-shirt!!!

Thanks to everyone keeping the thread semi-bumped - now I see what happens on forums when I ignore them for too long!
We just concluded a second war against the newbs talked about above, to even greater damaging effect (newbs in BCs, oh my!). We've been on the hunt for newer and juicier targets, and have about filled our 'quota' for the moment. However, if you think something like this is really for you, feel free to drop me an Eve mail and I'll get in touch - we're not looking for new members, but sometimes the new members are looking for us!
Also, lots of respect for Spec - he's my pirate hero
