In a week away from the front this noob/pubbie (whatever other name you decide to dismiss my post coz you're all so great and i'm not) has been mulling over the various actions and tactics of both sides in the current war. If you actually bother to read this and not just make ridiculous post about napping the map or how great one side is or the other then great, if not then meh.

Reading the Terms of Service that all of us signed up to when we subscribed to Eve Online you'll see quite clearly that Gonnswarm have broken severl points in them, yet nothing has been done about it. Now CCP will say you need to petition these things and they will "investigate" however that's a waste of time imho because mostly things will get brushed under the carpet.

The first point (and im taking these in order of printing on the TOS) that GS break is point 2. If you look at the station names on this list http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/GoonSwarm then you will clearly see names including Buttes and Donges, Dgrape in your mouth etc. Which ever way you spin this these are "obscene" and use alternate spelling. for this these should be dealt with, but no the names are still there.

Second point. TOS point 3. From the spouting of racist, anti semetic rubbish in local GS obviously advocates this type hate mongering and therefore membership of this group breaks the TOS.

Third point. TOS point 16. Again the spouting and spamming of local by 2-300 players is an inapproiate use of a public channel, also jumping 14 titans into a system probably causes excessive lag.

Fourth point. TOS point 23. GS over the holiday weekend exploited the jump bug to deny anybody reasonable access to a good fight.

I therefore implore CCP to remove GS and all their assets from the game.
