Hello. 
IÆm new to eve and must say I love this game and world so far. However, being a hard core role-player I do have a minor complaint. I find it disturbing that you canÆt chose your school on your character sheet. By default I was given the school ôscience and trade instituteö. No offense, but IÆm a military manàCanÆt you guys at least give a drop down to give us a onetime change on our school of training?  I assume this was assigned by my default Corp at character creation. However, since joining other Corps, my school remains the sameàHelp Please.

Your school remains the same because it is now part of your Corp history, if you dont like it the only way to change it is to delete the character and start a new one

Yes, That is an option. Already got too much time and money invested in this Character though...

I've seen players with an employment history from one school to another to another.
Must have been a troublemaker, lol.
Maybe if you leave corp at another school station?

That will still leave the original school in the Corp history which is what the OP wants to remove

... also doesn't work anymore if I remember the apoc 1.something patchnotes correctly. Something along the lines of "leave corp button removed for players in starter corps".

In game search gives you as a State war Academy (SWA) "man" for the past 2 days, (I say man loosely as everyone knows that those that stay in SWA after 2 weeks are Furry lovers).
