This is an awesome non-cap, high sp char that imo has been cross trained to a high level and has got me over 1000 kills and could do the same for you

what assets does he come with?
Can he run missions with any NPC corp? If so what lvl?

ok, this char has no real assets just a few mills worth of stuff lying around and no he cant run missions, well he has a lvl2 for kalla but that was just for a locator agent. the reason i never did missions with this char is simple.... i used to use him for empire war's and if you run missions it cuts off half of the regions(you can fight on gates if the faction police are tryin to kill you :p )
just a thought but if you wanted to use him as a mission runner i dont think it would take too long to get him up to lvl4's coz he would just **** through 2/3's
