This a lottery for a Wyvern type mothership. For the previous mothership lottery go here.
Basic lottery information
You will be purchasing tickets for 10 million ISK each, no limit to the amount of tickets. There are 2,000 tickets, in total returning 20 billion ISK, but I may chose to close the ticket sales at an earlier point if I see the interest decreasing and thus speeding up the end of the lottery and faster annoucing of a winner.
Prize: Wyvern mothership, T2 fittings, capital modules, fuel and fighters/drones.
Number of tickets in total: Between 1,500 and 2,000 depending on interest (lottery will be closed when reaching 2,000)
Lottery ends on Wed, June 3rd, 18:00 or when 2,000 tickets has been sold.
How will a winner be picked and how can we verify the winning number?
As there will be somewhere around 1,500 to 2,000 tickets in total I've chosen to simply put all the pilots into a database, and upon picking winner simply running a select statement ("select pilot from tickets order by newid()" - MSSQL), and the name that comes up is the winner.
While you cannot verify this via external sites and/or media it simply comes down to trust.
Cool, so how do I get tickets?
Buying tickets is simple, each ticket cost 10 million ISK and you can buy as many as you would like. Simply send the amount of ISK for your wanted number of tickets to me - Chribba (ensure that you type it correctly) AND - and this is important! - Add the message MS017 in the reason line of the ISK dialog, the message will enable me to track your ticket and insert it into the drawing database properly.
ISK that is sent NOT having the MS017 message will be seen as a donation to me and will NOT be a part of the lottery. You do not need to send me an EVEmail with the message, only type it with the ISK.

Examples:
If you want to buy one ticket, send 10,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason MS017
If you want to buy two tickets, send 20,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason MS017
If you want to buy fifty tickets, send 500,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason MS017
Of course you can send 10 million now and 20 million later, that won't make any difference, in total you will still have bought 3 tickets. So you can either send per ticket or in one sum, as long as they wear the correct message, the number of tickets will be correct.
Tickets will only be counted in the steps of 10, for example sending 12 million ISK will still only be counted as one ticket, and 2 million ISK will be treated as a donation. Sending 9,999,999.99 ISK will give you ZERO tickets as it will be rounded down.
IMPORTANT! READ THIS TWICE!
Tickets cost 10 million each.
ISK needs to be sent to Chribba with the reason MS017 - in ISK dialog, not EVEmail.
A confirmation is available here, so you can see how many tickets you have purchased and that your name is in the database. The data is imported on regular intervals via the API so it may take a few hours for it to show up.

What if you can't fly a Wyvern? Is there a cash payout option instead? Or can we simply turn around and get you to be a 3rd party in selling it to someone else?

I will discuss possible solutions with the winner in the event he/she can't fly it, if it's delivering the ship to a friend, selling it or giving a sum of ISK will be discussed. Either way I'm sure we will find a suitable solutions for all parties

Seems the API import borked a bit again but should have updated correctly now.
The problem is the cache timers, the API replies and tells my servers they can refresh after 15 minutes while in reality the API only allows to be refreshed once an hour, so the problem is that if the API is refreshed before that hour I get blocked instead and keep getting blocked until it stops trying to refresh for like 2 hours.
This is a "feature" from CCP to try and reduce the load on some API calls. Personall I'd rather see the cache timers say you can only refresh again in 2 hours while it really is 1, instead of fooling us into think we can refresh after 15 min and get blocked.
