In Simple Words:
- Has standings to run Lvl5 missions for Ministry of War in Ned, a very quiet 0.1 system or can draw missions from Vehan which borders highsec and should send some Lvl5 missions into highsec space. I've never used the Vehan agent, so I don't know what percentage it would be. Note, Lvl5 missions offer 80k+ LP per mission. Giacinta can run these in a team with Lupe(also for sale) without any trouble. I can share ship setups with the winner if they're interested.

The Story:
I decided to create this pretty alt(named after a Bond girl) to be a general purpose combat pilot to support my other characters. Her weaponry skills are a bit low, but her EWar, Logistics, and other support skills allow her to be a great alt for exploration, Lvl5 missions, wormholes, etc. Since the only areas she really needs work on are training for T2 ships/weapons, I was planning to reassign her attributes to pure Perception/Willpower, plug in a pair of +5 implants, and train up all the T2 weapons and ship types at about 3400 SP/hour. However, I now have too many characters and she doesn't get much use anymore.
