We are happy to announce that Brothehood of Starbridge is getting back to NRDS in most Amarr Empire and Ammatar Mandate, including Providence. We have gathered some new expirence fighting our ex-allies, now we are looking forward to share this experience with them and improve security over Amarr Empire more efficiently. We apologise for all inconviniences caused by our alliance going NBSI in all space, without exceptions. But it's in the past already.

So you had changed to NBSI and began to shoot carebear missionaries in assah, then CVA wiped STARS within 1 week totaly from derelik low-sec and now you all gained "experience" and want to be NRDS again .... rotfl :P .
If CVA will just accept it withow any punishment that wouldn't be wise IMHO. Because it means that if any providence corp is bored NRDS, or just wanna to test CVA,Thread,Sylph, shoot neutrals...etc then he can do it withow any consequences.
First STARS should pay reimbursments to their victims(and cva)in Amarr space then STARS should make at least a few bilions deposit in CVA just in case if you would change your mind again.

As far as I see from your post, Anna, you are slightly misinformed about what is and what does .STAR alliance, its policy, the reasons and story for changing it, and about overall situation in Derelik, so i'd suggest you gather information before posting such ridiculous things.
