Perhaps this has already been discussed and covered. If so maybe somebody can point me in the right direction.
I just trained the targeting skill to level one, received the email confirming the training. When I went to choose the next skill to train, noticed that the targeting skill indicator reflected zero training. It allowed me to start training it a second time.

will prolly be fixed during downtime....has happened to me a few times but always comes back...if it dont, send a petition or bug report or something

It's just a display bug....don't worry about it.
Relogging will make it display properly.

Totally correct. Just relog and it will display correctly.
With one exception, If you want to train to lvl 2 it will
go back to training lvl 1 until you relog. A little more
than a display error.

You can also train another skill, switch back to targetting, go back to the other skill and back again a few times. This also seems to reset the display and show it properly.

I have had this 2-3 times, logging hasnt helped and waiting for dt hasnt helped.
All times was when i trained to lvl 2, so a couple of hours lost at all occasions. Annoying.

Just train the skill again, abort straight away after and voila, its at the correct level

Close the Char Sheet and Open it again and TRAIN another skill for a few seconds, ABORT it and that should sort out the display bug that you are getting, that works for me.
