how long does it take customer support to sort out the lose of my ship.
Doing the mordu legion mission when the server crashed (while i was scambled).
When i was able to loggon again im in a pod.
all i want is my ship replaced so i can continue playing |

When did the server crash? It was taken down last night in a controlled fashion with lots of warning. If it happened at that point then im afraid you will not get your ship back. Warnings were sent out to move to a safe area.

When the server went down there where no warnings.the same as last night no warnings.

The night this guy was talking about there was an unscheduled shutdown but the usual 20minute warning and 5 minute reminders were sent out. I got them. A lot of our military intel got it, we were all relieved to get it. Way too much lag was happening because it was needed.
If a node went down then *shrug* dont know mate. Good luck, would only be fair though to get your ship back.

At one point i remember the server just going down without warning, could have been then.

Time to respond varies. I had a mission where there were no rats at the bookmark...then all of a sudden I am in a pod! I wasn't enven scratched...then bam!
Reported and had a GM respond in less than 5 minutes...Replaced my rupture, its complete loadout and insurance!.

I lost my ship during the crash. The GMs replaced it just a few days later.

This happened to me last night. Eve crashed back to desktop saying that i'd lost connection to the server node, Thankfuly when I managed to get back on I still had my ship and just warped back to the mission and carried on killing rats :)
