I'm looking for the perfect PvP character. My dream character is a Amarr/Caldari mix which I will pay very well for. High budget. I will look at all characters however and will even look at pirates.

Not really a pirate , but can fly a gallente dread (training it from 3->4 atm). The price would be something around 10b depending on agreement.
