My personal one was after escaping dissapointed from a wormhole after getting harassed by a few HACs and escaping intact, i was making my way back to Amarr, lo and behold an interceptor wreck sitting on a gate with only a indy nearby.
Thinking to myself, "whats the harm?" , i salvage it, and open up the container, to find 16 Succubus Blueprints, heart leapt into my throat, i ninja looted them all, then manufactured em all and made a cool 800 mil after giving away two to some friends. Was not a bad find , and im glad that vagabond chased me out of that wormhole or i wouldnt of found such a steal

I found a Hyperion BPC once.
But the better one was ages ago, where someone left 20 Mining drones II, or some such, when i checked the mrket they were expensive ones, as bait for a fight.

I had a nice find the other day... i was in a WH with my sleip and a corp m8 in a pilgrim when I scanned a lot of t1 ships at a moon.
We couldn't see a pos on scan so decided it would probably be a fun fight so warped in on them to find they were all empty. We took out a fitted and rigged drake, covert, myrm, hulk, hound and killed a bunch of haulers and frigs.
I was kinda chuffed.
Next day another corp m8 found an empty carrier in a WH. I think he did it just to one up me

I once had a nice faction rat spawn in a 0.5 around 3-4 jumps out from Jita.
Only went there to test a ship setup on some rats.
Looted a 200 mill implant off one of them.
As for stuff off players, there was a wreck around 30km off a gate once that some other people were looking at, since I had a mwd I flew past them and got there first, had around 30 mill of modules including a cov ops ii cloak which was nice, was a full tech 2 fit force recon that got whacked at some point it seems.

When i was about 2 months into eve (and myrmidons were overpowered AWESOME) I took my myrmidon for a stroll through some losec in amarr space (little did i know it was almost completely empty) I went about 20 jumps looking for somthing to kill and when i finally went into a system with somone in it i started checking the belts. Found a dark blood BC spawn and killed it, the loot netted me 150m. It payed for alot of lowsec myrmidons

I was flying around high-sec in my can flipper Vexor. And while waiting in a belt for some unlucky miner to enter I see a faction spawn. But behold, there i another guy burning towards it. I quickly MWD towards it and locks faction rat. It turns into a wreck but I'm still to far out, let's burn for it. I arrive at the wreck and finds a Low-Grade implant and sold it for about 130 Mill.

When I was living in Prov, I was flying around 9-U (I think?) in an inty, when I noticed a random industrial wreck on one of the gates with 2 GSC's floating next to it.
Had a look, 20 Invul II's, 30 Mining Drone II's, about 20 T2 guns and a whole bunch of other random stuff. Probably about 200 mil or so. Docked in station, yelled at the screen to load faster, yelled at the newly bought hauler to align faster and yelled at the hauler to warp faster.
I still don't know if a pirate got him, or rats did.
The best one was when IAC fell, and my corp relocated to empire for a few weeks to get itself together, I discovered the joys of suicide ganking AFK haulers. Oh the idiots I saw with CS's, HAC's, Hulk's, faction loot all in untanked T1 APing haulers (At the time, my alt only had a small hauler, and wouldn't have been able to fit half the things I saw).
One day I was bored/thirsty waiting for a target, so got up and walked off, and as I'm passing the computer I hear the sounds of explosions and gate guns. Sit back down I see another ganker got a hit. Having a quick look around, I see a Mastodon on the far side of the gate slowboating to the wreck. Well my alt was nearly on top of the thing and got there first. Large Caldari POS Tower, 320 mil. Scooped and ran.

Flying around nullsec in a speed fitted rifter a few years back I found a T2 cloak worth at the time 13 mil or so which i sold and bought many more rifters with. Was the most expensive thing I found at the time.
Since then, probably a DG Invuln Field out of Gurista's Extravaganza bonus room. Found an officer spawn and a few faction spwans in Curse that I let my broke former corpies have which I was told dropped decent loot.

One time I was in wormhole space, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my true self*. That was worth way more than any item I could ever find in Eve.

A short while ago I found a crusader sitting on a belt, expected a trap but jumped in and killed it anyway.
Got a stabber bpo from the wreck.

I was mining ice once in highsec... and about 140kms away at the other end of the icefield, was a gang of macro-miners in hulks and assorted industrials... I figure, there's no way they'll clear the belt, so i leave them alone and mine my own business. pun intended.
all of a sudden my screen starts flashing, a LOT.. I rotate my camera, to see concord going jihad on the whole operation... not even the indys were safe, oddly enough... they're all wrecks and I'm in a hulk with 15k m3 space...
warped away with 10 stripminers, several expanded cargohold IIs, and several holds worth of ice.

me and a few corp mates found a random t1 industrial whilst sitting on a gate deciding what we should be doing, guess he figured we werent a threat because we were just a bunch of hac's
unfortunately my game dc'ed right after i got a lock on the industrial so i didnt get in on the killmail, however, they did and the poor sap dropped i think 150 425mm Railgun II's
that was ok, i think we each made about 65 to 75mil off that

Killed a goon in a low-sec asteroid belt. Noticed there was a shadow serpentis wreck in the belt, most likely just killed by the goon. Opened the shadow serp wreck, and found a 400m+ implant in it.
I wish goons could be chained...

A few months ago a corp m8 found a jump freighter in lowsec on autopilot slow boating to a gate. It was carrying dysprosium and promethium. We made over 5 billion ISK from the loot.

Had been playing for about 6 months when I took out a Shadow Serp rat.
In it was iirc a snake implant. I nearly soiled myself and had to double take when it came up to sell for 100 million.
Had to count the noughts to be sure. Went and bought a few skillbooks after that.
Also scored a couple of Domination items along the way.

I was flying aorund belts in Renyn when I saw a T2 fitted Omen mining. I set a close orbit around it and walk away. Come back and he opened fire on me thus getting himself concorded. :)
Also while flying around gates in Oursulaert and Dodixie I saw two alliance fights in the same day. Netting 130mil in T2 loot/salvage.
