As the title says, who buys these? Is there an NPC corp I can sell these to?

Right-click the item, select "Show Market Details". You now have a list of players and NPC corps buying and selling that item.
Failing that, you could try EVE Central.

I know thaat. for example right now in placid there is one buy order for sleeper drone AI nexus for 2,100,201.
What I was mainly wanting to know is, was there a specific NPC corp that buys these sleeper drops?
I thought I had vaguely heard a rumor that there was one but no one I know can say for certain.
also, anyone know if they have any actual use in game?
EDIT: DID I just answer my own question by saying there was a buy order? CAN NPC corps put buy orders up? Sorry, I dont pay attentioon tot he markets that much, just buy what i need and done with it.

Yes, many NPCs can and do put up buy orders. For example while that RP story about the Amarr priest heading off to Minmatar space was going on, there was a huge buy order for Khumaak in place (Khumaak is an artefact of cultural significance to the Minmatar).

That page is full of crap though. It's 11 pages and not in my favorite forum section so I won't bother commenting much on it, but the entire premise of that thread misses the very clear fact, that the items in question are just bounties in physical form. LVV equates them to overseer effects instead, which are rare, and only drop from a few ships/plex. Also lol@ L4 runners not doing w-space.
It probably gets corrected somewhere in those 11 pages though, didn't read them all.

Has anyone put together an out of game database or who buys what? I have mountains of junk i'll like to offload on an NPC
