I log in today to find that the whole alliance is now able to be part of the war even though they have not war deked me and I have not payed the 50 million fee to war dek them even though they shouldn't be able to fight even if I did pay the war dek fee until saturday?
So how are they able to fight in war? Is this an exploit?
To clarify.
Corp A war deks Corp B
Corp B creates one corp alliance
Corp A only has Corp B to deal with until one more week. Then alliance can fight in war.
2 Days later Corp B brings 2 more corps into alliance.
Corp A has not payed the 50 mill fee to war dek whole alliance but stilll has rest of week on war dek of Corp B.
Next day about 4 days early. Alliance is able to fight in war between Corp A and Corp B.
How is this possible? Is is a bug or exploit?

Actually, those who go and wardec people for a living, and are worth their salt in pvp, consider this a positive mechanic. Those that can actually kill other people that arent in mining vessels, consider this free targets.

the corp you war deced...my corporation joined with others to for an alliance despite your attempts to wage war on us. on that day the war was transferred to the alliance at no additional cost to you.

2009.05.24 19:08 BOOONDOCKSAINTS has declared war on SUB ROSA ALLIANCE. Fighting can legally occur between those involved.
once that happened any corporation that joins the alliance is also war deced by you. Thus able to fight you should you feel the need to engage. you had every opportunity to retract the war dec but chose not to do so.
today you did engage one of the alliance at a station and the result was a loss of your prized Domi...
