Ship power gird can be increased by 10 + skill, as the 10 is added to the ship base power gird also player engineering skill. this really helps out firgate and industral pilotes. what we also need is a micro auxiliary power for cpu so frigate pilotes have a silty easyer time fitting stuff like mining lasers.

It does not have to be 10 + skill it could be say 6 or 7 say way the their's a + 10 and 10% lower solt modula ?

Not needed imho, since most ships have more than 100 CPU so a +10% CPU (Co-Processor II) is better than a +10 CPU would be.
On the other hand named Microauxs and Microaux II would be a nice thing.

Not needed. There is a lot of more things that can help your cpu than things that can help your powercore. Most skills that affect fitting reqs affect the cpu output of certain modules (Weapon Upgrades, Energy Grid upgrades etc.) while the only skills that affect PW are Engineering and Shield Upgrades, and let's face it, who uses shield upgrade modules anyway?  In return, PW gets more modules to help (RCUs, PDUs, Auxilary PW cores). Balances out. Or, it would if we had all sizes of Auxilary cores...
