Looking for a 100% combat char with Level V's across the skill board....I want to see an Eveboard page of gold with little to zero white.
A decent name is very important, and...No wasted skills...no indy/P.I./invention at all. Nothing, zero, nada!
Budget...18b
Large enough to be very picky
No racial preference but would prefer sub cap ships. PvP or PvE.
*Let me be a little clearer....even though I'm getting some nice characters offered, I'm looking for maxed lvl V skills on each section of skill...i.e -
Navigation = 7 skill of 10 trained to Level V
Engineering = 15 skills of 25 trained to Level V...This sort of focus. SP amount isn't as important as focus...A 20 m SP pilot focused as above is better for my wants than a 40m SP pilot spread thin. |
