Nope, the ship models are still in the works. Not sure what the delay with their addition to the store is. I'll check with the marketing dept tomorrow (e-mail is down right now) and find out.

What kind of models are they considering? Pre-built or the kind you have to build? Personally I'd go for the kind you have to build yourself. I'd buy several Minmatar ships for my shelves if that were the case.
Please don't chintz on the detail level.

Why release Minmatar models. Just get all the left-over bits from any old Airfix models, glue them together, and traa laa, Minmater ships, hehe
They look like pieces of scaffolding stuck together anyhoo
