Hello all, im here to ask a quick question.
Recently a corporation declared war on my corporation. The EC "Enemy Corporation" had around 25 members which we felt was reasonable.
A few hours after the war began, the number of members belonging to the EC jumped to 43.
My question: Is it a petitionable offence to use tactics like what I stated above. To hide members, in any shape or form until the war has started?

Well think about it.
The Corp declares war on you with 25 members, which is perfectly ok for my own corp in terms of size. We only have about 12 members however, they are pretty experienced.
My complaint is that recruiting 15+ members once the war has already started seems an unfair tactic to use in order to get the victim to pay off for example.

How would you have stopped them from wardeccing you if they had those members in the first place?

So your saying: What could we have done if they had 43 in the first place?
I just find that its very low to be doing. Mind you we have a personal feud with these guys, and its something that me and my corp members find to be unsportive?
If it were put on a larger scale, imagine a corp getting wardec by multiple players thinking they have a chance to win. Then that solo corporation jumps up in member size in tens or hundreds.

You're still not following the logic. It doesn't matter how many people they had/have/will have because they can wardec you anyway without you being able to prevent that.

The cat will recover eventually with severe mental trauma, and no it is never a good idea to try to find a date at a family outing.

Haven't you ever heard of "All's fair in love and war" ?. It's WAR fer crissakes, not some pick up game of basketball on the playground.
Strap on your crash helmets, undock, and have at it! If they outnumber you then there will be more chance for heroism and glory!! (waves flag as someone else's son marches off to potential death and/or maiming).

All is fair in war. I see nothing wrong here. They probably had the corp split in two. War and industrial, then they moved lots of members from the industrial corp over to the war corp.
