I have been focusing on only Security Missions atm. I noticed there are many types of missions and I was wondering if anyone could describe the difference and give a lil info on each. I know there are Security, Internal Security, Legal, Production, Manufacturing, R&D, Mining, and many other missions. I will try and write them all down later, but for now knowing the difference between Security and Internal Security would be great.

What you're listing are not mission types but NPC corp divisions.
Mission types are courier, kill, mining, trade, scenario and with a choice from some of those just mentioned, important missions.
You'll get a mix of most of those from any agent with differences in emphasis on some types over others. Security-related agents will give more kill missions. End of story.

What you're listing are not mission types but NPC corp divisions.

You'll get a mix of most of those from any agent with differences in emphasis on some types over others. Security-related agents will give more kill missions. End of story.

Ahhh thanks for the help JP, that makes more sense now. So what I really am asking for is what type of missions I can hope to expect from a corporations Division. Like what is the difference between the Internal Security and Security division missions?
More bad members of the corp I am doing missions for are doing bad things internally for Internal Security missions? Does this mean they will be easier to defeat than lets say Gurista Pirates from a Security division mission? Do we see more Courier Missions from Legal division. What Division gives Mining Missions? Thanks for the help =).

More bad members of the corp I am doing missions for are doing bad things internally for Internal Security missions? I've noticed very little difference between Security and Internal security. The internal guys *Maybe* give more of the "Save a man's carrer", "Stop thief", and "Kidnap" missions. With the regular security guys *maybe* giving more of the "seek and intercept", "blockade", "system clearing" type. All of those are kill missions.
I've noticed command division agents are about 60/40 kill/courier with the kill being a pretty even mix of the above listed kill types.
Production and Manufacturing give mostly courier and a few "get this item off the market for me". Mining is also a lot of courier and "obtain these minerals for me".
I don't think I've ever run a Legal or financial agent, but I guess they would be mostly courier.
R&D are a special division. Every day they will email you with the opportunity to run 1 mission for them. They don't give any kind of bonus or reward except for more research points, which are you tickets to the tech2 bpo lottery.
