Well. This character would be able to be in Min frig, cruiser and battleship 5. Right after you purchase it. Just wont be able to use the large projectile turrets right away. If i was fooling with those skill points. I wouldn't do large projectiles. Would just use the rest of it to get some of those engineering skills to 4 and the same with those mechanic skills. Tbh. There isn't much training for this character to do as a combat pilot. Hacs are a waste now, because of nano Talos, the mrym and hurricane. Recon and logi is worth training. Not intereceptors though.
Seems all you need may be in this character. How much it's worth to you is another matter. Dude does bid up his own character though. I suggest you wait untill you find the right character. I saw another character with alot of level 5 skills, but only flew gallente who went for 16b. Way better than this one, but was only missing min ships and projectiles. 61mil skill points...

Thing is the market is rather slow and not that im desperate im just not a patient person, also to add he looks awkwardly similar to my avatar minus the tatoo >.< did he also have this character up before and have a similar event with it going over what its worth.
i did have it PC'd but i wont say what they said.
Just checked his posting history, 20b for a char.

This is one above I really wanted to keep for myself and make a new main, but I missed it. Dude had 5.3 or 5.6m unallocated sp and had those skills maxed like that. Lit the best one of these kind of characters ive ever seen. This one you're trying to bid on might be 4 or 6 best ive seen.
Anyway! Done with helping this guy out for no pay lol. Free bumps = / |

Just got home guys.. some discussion.. yeah, i got offered 20.. but that was a fake bid.. hence why i was skeptical earlier with the big leap up to 13b from like 11.3 or whatever it was.. you mentioned something about needing the character API and ID.. that's no problem

30 mins till auction ends and highest bid USA 11.1, I did state I had a hidden reserve and that has not been met so I'm going to close down this auction and retry at a later date..
