This is a serious offer. you have to relise that being in hostile territory, NOONE outside of goons/allies are going to want to buy this. Goons can buy from internal producers for ALOT cheaper then your offering. so you need to give us a reason to buy from you (a lower price then our producers)

You're not going to get more reasonable than that. Pets like you have been fireselling ships, minerals, and other assets all over Delve and Querious. Even at current Jita prices, you're asking price is more than 350 million ISK over what it would take for me to build one with the blueprints I have on hand. On top of that, from where there's an utter lack of capital PVP going on here lately, dread losses are low, thus supply is high.
I offer a mineral price of 1,432,758,983.85 plus 10 mil for the non-capital fittings plus another 10 mil for the fuel, stront, and ammo I can just get for free from capswarm.
1,452,758,983.85 ISK is my final offer.
