the new inventory is great but you cannot drag objects from it onto your cargohold icon on the ship UI, whilst relatively small, it is an annoyance
also, of the most useful places for this inventory thing to be, it is not.. ie: station hanger and the assets window |

Remember you can always Shift+ Left Click to open them in a new window. |

I'm not sure what you're meaning DooDoo Gum. You can do all of your inventory shifting through the same window... Ship UI, you mean the fitting window or the little cargo button while undocked? |

I see what you're talking about now. You try bug reporting it? It's kind of moot since you can just drag whatever you have opened to the left into your ship instead of down to the cargo icon...
i guess it is all relative to how you do it at the moment tho, the way i have my setup is that the wreck/container box opens slightly to the left of my ship UI and i just drag everything i want a centimeter to the right onto the cargo icon, minimal fuss, and utilises minimal screen real estate for its functionality
your point about doing it all through the same window is something i had not tried, thanks for pointing it out, i will give it a try, tho getting back to my original point, i do feel it is something they may not have realised |
