to make this really clear and simple:
the bpos are not for sale and will not be moved to any new locations etc, scams and attempts at such just dont bother
the bpo's are in a high sec sys that is not a "island" location will be revealed to winner alone
the bpos for rental is as follows, and there is no singleton rentals its all or nothing
ares

malediction
stilleto
medium armor repper t2
all have me10/pe10 or better
minimum bid is 1bill (you are bidding on a per month rental price)
no hidden reserve
increments is 50mill
no buyout offers possible on the rental
sniper=15mins from last bid
end date= 18/09/11 at 20:00
rental starts at 20:00 on 19/09/11
the details on how this works:
The rental period runs from 20:00 on 19th to 20:00 19th next month,
rental is paid up front, if you feel the need you can arrange for a third party to hold the rent+a collateral that matches the build cost for 31 days of non stop building that i will provide, the third party will be subject to my approval and the cost of his service will be yours.
the winner will arrange for parts/hulls minerals etc to build from the bpos and payment/third party in the 24h from auction ends to rental period begins
this also means you need to have a char that is out of the stasis period ready for joinging this corpat the 19th, the winner will be required to mail me the name of the char that is to join the corp and do the production, if you need multiple chars then i will need the name of all chars you want into the corp mailed over at end of auction
the rental agreement is rolled over until a payment is missed or me/you mail you a notice saying next period the bpo's will be withdrawn from market/agreement, there should be a weeks notice minimum if this is the case
in case of the rental ending it is your responsibility to ensure that your assets is out of the corp hangars and that the bpo is not in a build cycle at the end of the rental time, cause any remaining materials/hulls etc will be impounded and your roles will be revoked at end of rental period
how i can rent this out without risk to the bpo's/corp:
the bpos will be in a hanger that you have view access to and you will have another hanger were you have view and take access for providing minerals/hulls and taking ready made products from
the only roles granted will be access to these hangers for the specified stn the bpos are in and factory manager+wallet access(it will be containing 0.0 isk) this means that the bpos will remain out of reach no matter what happens and there is no way to get any more access as it is a one man corp you join with 99.99% majority of shares under my chars control so no vote for ceo etc can be made
your risks:
i could cancel the agreement kick you from corp and retain the currently building items+parts, this is why i have offerd to provide collateral to a third party if you feel the need for some security, the choice is yours but you are also paying for such a service if you want it

buyout offers=not taken so dont bother
offers for selling bpos=skip it i am not intrested

where (system / region)?
and any research facilities at the station (presuming there's no corp pos labs available)?

the system is near oursulaert, and research labs is in npc stn, as for pos labs/production there is none up currently(removed em due to griefer wardecs and me not being active enough )
but corp standing is 4.14 so boosting em up is relativly easy and would take about 7 days with a standing 9+ char, this can be arranged if wanted |
