Currnetly I have to have many alts in a few regions then contract them to my main. Why not have one char able to bid or accept contracts across regions (public contracts just like private ones). |

What are you talking about? I'm sitting in 0.0 bidding on stuff in empire. Maybe you need to check your filter settings |

I get a message saying i cannot for public contracts. Is there a skill I can get more regions? |

This contract is for the Metropolis region. You can only access outstanding public contracts in the region you are currently in.
I get this message, how can I bid or buy PUBLIC contracts in other regions?

You can't... and it's wrong.
I can bid on eBay for an Elvis cookie jar being sold in Singapore...
But I have to travel lightyears to bid on a small repper.
Contracts, and Corp Applications. Both need to be more remote. It'd make sense if you had to interact with someone in order to place the bid or file the application. But otherwise, the "internet" of EVE is far worse than ours is today.

I can for PRIVATE contracts.
So why not public? I can bypass this by having an alt in that region and making the contrat private or ask them to. SO why not public ones? |
