secondly, this is the character bazaar, you are selling a character and NOT the stuff that comes with the character (e.g. the implants) hence you cannot demand to be payed for them

For the second point I think you need to re-read rules as Implants can increase the price of a toon for sale.
Rule:
5. Items cannot be listed among the character's valuable assets, only skills, implants and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought on the market for ISK.
Tho the toon itself does need a lot of fine tuning you do in fact pay for the implants.
PS: Was just looking around and thought I would pop my nose into this :P |

dafuq?, i just feel that buyers should be aware that the character will have problems travelling to different parts of empire, i was contemplating on bidding on this character, but the 'hidden' implants on your eveboard + the attitude of yourself, I will keep my money in my pocket |

I commented earlier about this character skills being incomplete not focused and using implants to inflate the price.
