As Subject said, the budget is currently unlimited, so everything between 15m to 150m skill points are welcome. Please only post characters who already have access to several level 3 and 4 agents and high standings with a wide spread of factions.

For the most part, he was trained for running mission Can go in all empire space and can run lvl4 (and 5) agents for all 4 empire factions (but most agents comes from Caldari). With 4 empire faction access you can keep your faction standing balanced as i did over the years.
