Hi,
I downloaded the Sisi Launcher Tool. Started it and got the following Error log:

That happened to me it means the url it is trying to get the patch from is outdated try downloading a newer version of sisilauncher or downloading it again |

Actually this is happening to me as well, same error message. I've tried running the update for the Sisi launcher and it runs, say's that there is an update, then gives an error that I can't have more than one instance of the Sisi launcher running! 
I've tried deleting the Test Server folder and trying to run the Sisi launcher from scratch, it gets so far as to having me locate the Tranquility folder and then, nothing. but I do get the same error. "HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found: 'http://www.eveonline.com/patches/sisilauncher_info.txt' "
Let me ask this, can I manually copy the Live (Tranquility) folder back to the Test folder and try running the eve premium patch for the test?

Regarding SisiLauncher: Which version are you using? The latest is version 1.31 - if you don't have this version, please get it from http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Sisi_Launcher. Normally SisiLauncher should update itself automatically, but apparently this is broken for some old versions.
Phlegethos: At the moment Singularity is running exactly the same version as Tranquility - just copying the folder is enough - but don't forget the /server:Singularity part in the shortcut (check http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity)!

Since I had the missfortune of "reinstalling my PC" i downloaded the "current" version from that URL and got that
error message.
I'll download it again, check it and give you feedback. (i guess on Friday or Saturday)
FYI: since i copied the Tri. version to Sisi Eve worked, only the Sisi Launcher didnt.
