When i start up eve i get the splash screen but that disappears and then nothing happens...I have tried uninstallin then installing the client that doesnt work..then i tried unhooking my internet...when my internet is unhooked i can get to the log in screen but when i hook it back up nothing happens again |

Please leave it "unhooked"; Your EVE is fine as it is.
With a name like "vchfjhgfhj", you seem to be a macro miner/ratter. At least you are a macro poster who does double posts.

I get the same thing. Tried updating, rebooting, defragging, everything. Nada. |

Same issue here too, it appears as minimized in the task bar after the splash screen, but unaccessible. |

The apochrpyha issues thread has mentioned this problem too. It solves it by pressing alt-enter. I selected the EVE tab fromthe taskbar then tried this, and it opened up for me. Solves the symptom, but no word on the actual problem. |

The thing is when it appears to go to the task bar after the splash screen it isnt there...there is nothing to press alt+enter for |

Worked for me, though the graphics were off for a bit afterwards. |

I was told that if it STICKS on the start bar to do ALT + ENTER. I did full reinstall and that fixed mine.. Maybe that will work for somebody else |

I'm having the same problem. Alt + Enter is not working for me either. I'm on Vista and Apocrypha or however you spell it has been working fine for me until today.

Same here, nothing after the splashscreen, alt + enter doesn't help. Happened just now after I updated the video drivers to catalyst 9.5.

I had this issue as well. Seemed to come up after I was messing with video settings in game. I selected the game in the taskbar then pressed the alt+enter and it came up... with a reset video settings, full screen, resolution and blah blah. |
