Browser based skill/character Planner similar to Evemon?

I'm traveling and only have my work laptop...which I can't install unapproved applications on. So, any alternatives?

Meaning, you could install it onto a USB stick with your PC, and then run it on your work laptop straight off the USB stick. There'd be no installation on the laptop. That might be enough to fit your situation.
