we had to end the war so we could declare war with others
but:
Not before Degarion Soth killed one of your carebear indys travling through empires, reciving several local hulls as a reward!

Yes, two m0o interceptors managed to kill a mammoth and Bulvar then decided to come out and play some more in his moa as he is more of an empire player he didn't do that well. Those two kills in half an hour or so were greater than in the months preceeding it. Big deal, as the lad himself said, no biggee, afew mods and a cruiser.
He was congratulated by Degarion for having the balls to actually come out and try and fight.
Anyho, I was actually more curious about the reason for declaring the war in the first place rather than your reason for retracting it.

CMS stands for "Curse Management System" since it was coded not only to keep records of kills, but also with more adminstrative and broadcasting tasks in mind; now "Curse" and "management" are no more, but the name remained
