PS : generaly speaking when u pay for something u expect to get the proper support. i hope u dont lock this thread , i dont want any replyes from users since they cant solve the problem . maybe rather than locking the thread , u can wake up someone there to work with users pittions.

Well the forums isnt the place the GM's ISD etc post to discuss with players.
I would have expected you to have searched on eve-search to find it can take 2 weeks for a petition to be answered. Of course less for billing issues.
Oh and orange is nearly the largest ISP in the UK. yet have you seen its support. Yuo cannot expect golden support from part time petition handlers.
Just learn some patience. 30Hours is nothing. |

1) IBTL. 2) You really think having multiple petitions for the same issue helps you get results quicker? All it does is clog up the queue for everyone else. 3) Depending on catagory, petitions can take from minutes to weeks to be answered. The Reimbursement catagory in particular is notorious for being clogged up. 4) Whining on the forums will not speed up this process. Wait like everyone else. |

This. I got a response last night to an urgent petition that i filed 9 days earlier. Slow service (as usual), but what can we do about it. |

im not taking it anywhere , i just think ppl are stupid or something ! if this is such a common pitition , why dont ppl complain about it to ccp ? and just whine at ppl who make posts ? u are shooting at the wrong person here.. |
