So I used the 24 hour free resub, not really to bother buying a plex but just to get an extra free 24 hours and then was intending to resub after - apparently however I have something like 11 days remaining of my subscription.
Is there some promotion I have unwittingly used, am I lucky or has something gone wrong (though I'm not complaining) with time and space? |

They subtracted the extra time on mine eventually once I'd applied a plex.
Apparentely you lied to them and if we're not careful there will be a policy change where we all suffer because you've put it in the limelight.
I'm assuming if you ever try and resub on that account again you wont be adding the full 30 days, rather the time they added on for you subtracted so I don't think it's a big deal. |

I really really hope you didnt petition for the 24hr activation and used some form of email offer. Otherwise you are the kind of person who abused Ghost Training religiously...

CCP shouldn't have started the 24 hour activation for PLEX deal anyway.
If you want to resub using isk, get a GTC via the secure method.

well, now that he said so, he can get flagged for "abusing" petition/plex system .
he never will be able to activate again via plex when his account is inactive then.
and one day he might need it. and cant
but then. he prolly stopped playing anyway
or temp ban him just for the fun of it :)

He said he used a 24hr email offer, and he got added 11 days instead.
WHY in the hell should he be responsible for anything?
Actually, he even posted in the forum to have some explanation, he could have said nothing and tried to "exploit" this "bug".
But he didn't, so what are you accusing him of?

what email offer?
all i can read is the 24h resub thing that GMs usually do when you want to activate your account via PLEX.
