The small iron cubic object hung pincered between the fingers of the pale amarrian. He sat glaring into intently. Glaring with the same intent at him was a Minmatar female in old Minmatar military dress.
ôA melting potö The Amarrian said, as if he was speaking to the cube and not the Minmatar women.
ôA melting pot is what they called itö He placed the cube on the desk and then stared at the women. She looked at him tilting her head to the side, just like a dog would if when discovering a new toy or animal.
ôAnd whyÆs that then?ö She frowned. The amarrian gave a transparent grin and then stood up. He approached a port window. Glaring out into the stars and gas clouds he sighed heavily.
ôThieves, murders, plunders and terrorists.ö He turned towards her.
ôWhat do they have to do with anything?ö She look at him curiously.
ôWhy thatÆs who founded the CAö He answered. In a tone that would suggest irony at her lack of knowledge. ôSinister and RUS corporation forged an allegiance with several of the Minmatar freedom fighters who resided here in curse.
ôOmega corp being one of them?ö The women inquired.
ôNo Maasu, donÆt you know anything of your heritage?!ö He replied furiously. ôOmega corp were origionally part of the Stain alliance, which started out as a Mining pact between military corporations within the area. War broke out because MASS was at odds with Sinister corporation, who were one of the influential corporations within CA. MASS feared a pirate haven forming right next door to their back yard. Along with fountain, who had suffered heavily to Sinister and RUS raids they attacked those who now shielded Sinister and RUS. ItÆs why we are considered the pirates, because thatÆs how we started out essentially.ö He sighed some more and turned towards the window again.
ôWere we forming a pirate haven?ö She said approaching him.
ôWho knowÆs? Part of me wants to believe that we were indeed trying to make a fresh start. Uncivilised nomads finally settling down and working to culture ourselves. To reach what we have now a glorious and fruitful empire, however one can also not overlook the fact that at the time MASS and Fountain were perhaps right to come here and put an end to what could have been a breeding ground for crooks and murdersö. He turned around again towards Maasu, dressed in a large hooded robe the faint glow of his skin almost lit up his head to display two small piercing eyes. ôAll I know is this, whatever our aims were, they were right. We were a melting pot.ö He said as he smiled.
ôNo we werenÆt, were still here!ö Maasu protested to the Amarrian.
ôPrecisley. Forged under such intense heat and pressure, were are now an iron alliance, strong and powerful. Industry, combat and diplomacy are excelling intensley for us. We are finally seeing an order coming to curse an order paved by the people who actually live here! Finally!ö He clenched his fist and grit his teeth giving an intimidating and determined pose. Maasu backed down, she realised that the Amarrian felt strongly for this issue.
ôYou speak of this, yet you say our heritage dates back to Stain. What of this? Are we not true CA!?ö Maasu asked.
ôOmega corp and the families belonging to it founded the Stain alliance along with others, as I already mentioned it was a mining pact as such. People agreed to defend the precious ore in Stain. It was soon clear that close co-operation was required and it soon bloomed into a full on alliance. Internal arguments, which I shall leave for another day, bloomed and Omega Corp were cast out. We rebelled and stood our ground within side the heart of stain until finally the CA offered us a haven. A home within curse. We accepted but not before trying to finish of Stain.ö The Amarrian sat down, very emotional at this point.
ôItÆs all irrelevant though. The bloodshed continues, the hate still remains and the politics is still all about greed. No matter how many millions of lives we pour into this argument, no one is willing to back down. The motives are lost, not even you, one of our most passionate warriors has lost touch with why we are fighting. I fear that once my generation is gone there will be no motive, no resolve, just hate.ö He sighed and picked up the metallic cube again peering at it.
ôWe usually pride ourselves on the environment we live in. You said it yourself that we were forged under pressure and fire.ö Maasu said cautiously, as to not upset the Amarrian, but at the same time to maintain her ground.

Good Reading, but got some issues...
it wasnt MASS and Sinister...
It was Sinister and evolution... where evolution said that they would hunt sinister whereever they go, and hit the friends.
RUS declared war on MASS/Stain alliance because we only allowed some RUS in our space. and ronin killed a member of ours... so hell breaked lose... ever since we been at war.
One more thing, u saying that u tryied to finish SA off and that u master the pvping.. but omega corp is hardly to be seen in stain...
And when seen its frigates for some hours then its out....

Back in the day we were a large presence in Stain space. I dont think this can be argued in all fairness. Nowadays i wont refute that we are hardly there admitedly.
MASS would travel 50 jumps to FD to fight Sinister and RUS. I didn't really go into detail and yes it was evolution who promised to come after Sinister. However MASS's hand was forced because of the proximity of the CA.

Right so the last 10 times i saw you come by o5y in your frig while i was in a bs was my imagination, maybe you should fight with the rest of your corp once in a while and you'll have a clue what's going on.
Untill then try not to flame an in charater story. Seems like some ppl don't get it. And io think alot of ppl can vouch for the fact that we are in stain very often....

I remember moving to Curse when Sinister still had a huge question mark over their heads. At the time only a handful of corps (VOTF, Oracle, PFM and others) had settled down, and it was unclear whether Sinister would join us or become maraudering pirates haunting our new home. As luck has it, they became a huge asset to our fledgling alliance.
Ahhh good old days. Shame it all went sour 
Happy anniversary anyway CA. Congrats on surviving through the constant barrage of enemy crusades, may the ebil alliance live forever
