Haha, I'm not so worried about the ISK as I am making known the scammer.
Winning the case will prove Dian'h's guilt and vindicate you, rather than what you have now which is just basically an unproven accusation.
While im not your lawyer yet I would also recommend not continuing to claim Dian'h is a scammer until the case is won or you may find a slander case being bought against you.

The only way this can be verified is through the use of your API key. You need to give someone trusted access to your API so we can verify what has happened.
