So I've got maxed Minmatar Frigate. Going to purchase a Vigil. If you strap a MWD on it as well as speed mods in the Low slots, what would be the maximum velocity?

I have a fast vigil tackler that goes at just over 5km/s, could probably get a little more out of it, but then it may not be useful for anything else. |

I have one fitted with two nanos and an overdrive, with a mwd in the mids. Goes at about 5k, great for setting undocks and other highsec utility stuff. |
