then why say its worth 1.7-2 billin implants when the omega is more than half of that ??

I think the real reason he does not have a omega is he can not use it. Omega requires cyber 5 and his skill is cyber 4.
I looked at this character for a little bit of time and found a lack of focus.
Caldari BS 3 with cruise missile and torpedoes at 3
Gallente BS 2 and the only large turret i can find is laser
BC 2 with heavy missile spec 3
All 4 races have cruiser trained but I ask myself why if he can not fly T2 cruisers?
Like I said a lack of focus imho, it is cool to cross train but solid skills for one race first helps. |

1.7-2 bil for the implants? no way. more like 700 mil. your missing omega. and the omega is the expensive 1.
also crystal set is pretty much useless without omega.
also like said above. crosstrained like hell, and not good in anything. if you put B/O on 4 bil that would be high enough. character has no focus at all. jack of all trades master on none they call that. |

Total 1.3 Bil according to best region market prices.
I was off but still twice as much as the suggested 700mil price. I didn't get the Omega due to the price, never even checked to see if I could use it.
Crystal Epsilon implant;
This social adaptation chip has been modified by Guristas scientists for use by their elite officers.
Primary Effect: +3 bonus to Charisma
Secondary Effect: 5% bonus to shield boost amount
Set Effect: 15% bonus to the strength of all Crystal implant secondary effects
While the Pirate Crystal Omega would be nice it isn't necessary for the set bonus.

With out that number 6 slot hardwire the set is pretty much a waste of isk...plus you need cyb 5, which you don't have. The low grade is usually about 500 mil, the high grade is usually around a billion. The whole high grade set sells for anywhere between 1.8 and 2.2 bil.

The Current implant set gives the following bonuses with his skills:
X-large shield booster normal = 600 hp repair 120hp/sec
X-large SB implant = 802 160hp/sec
X-large SB + Shield boost Amp (T1) normal = 780/ 156hp/sec
X-large SB + SBA (T1) implant = 1043 208.6hp/sec
Just so any potential bidders will have raw numbers. |

2.5 buy out. I would have gone higher but you only have 1 t2 weapon, partial t2 shields and no t2 ships and it looks like 60-90 days worth of training is needed at minimum. So 2.4 bil b/o

He can actually fly Cov Ops, Stealth Bomber and EAF, unless you were referring to combat T2 ships. Due to his implants, Lvl 4 agents, decent leadership skills and the transfer fee, the cheapest I could go is 4.5 Bil.
