Cat o'Ninetails Rancer Defence League	Posted - 2009.06.17 20:39:00 - [1] Hi guys cat here I have made an important discovery! I have found a -10 pirate who has a huge bounty of over 1.3 billion but thats not the main thing I am worried about. WTF?? Notice how old his character is! This is surely hax!

Last time i checked the total sp for all public sckills was 408 million.... Assuming you are training at the maximum speed (all learnings @ lv5/+5 Implants and Optimal Attrib Remaps) You are looking at 16.8 years to train all skills to 5 Will Eve still be around in 17 years?

"Salvador Sarpati." who is/was a character that was used by ccp staff in events a long time ago. There were a couple other characters like that, used by the volunteer actors or ccp staff in events. Some of them were members of various NPC corps that aren't joinable. A friend met some Federation Customs agents way back in 2005 for example.

Instead, players escorted the Titan and defended it from Navy NPCs and CCP actors trying to shoot it down, and so the event didn't have the conclusion that was written for it.
