Speaking as a High Sec CareBear.... If you have been popped or scammed you leared a hard lesson. That's just EVE get over it. If it's happened more than once your not fit for this game and quit. If you want to fight for somthing fight for the rush, glory and the thrill of the kill... not because you have had a run of bad luck or are just plain stupid. Go ahead and try & form up if you want but 9 times out of 10 your A** will be handed to you. Pirates are not evil they have chosen a different style of game play. Everyone has their place in EvE. With out Pirates it would be a boring void of nothingness.
Just my Opinion.
