We have much more pressing matters with defending the Empire, defending the great region of Providence, and fending off our neighbors to the south/east of us -A-. We do however wish both sides luck and hope for extremely bloody battles to be talked about for the ages. However we do wish to hope the ISD department gets better reporting. God Speed, Amarr Victor. It has a horrible undock, about 2km with nothing to warp to infront of the undock. CVA frequently have a myrmidon cloaked on that undock and hotdrops any capital that undocks there with a group of 3 nyx's, some carriers, and sometimes some dreads. It's hilarious watching CVA hotdrop caps that are in npc corps in low sec then try to stick to their "no piracy" policy. I guess they are setting individuals -ve as they undock so they can stick to their policy....lol

We are already have probably the longest red list in EVE due to the fact that we consider NBSI = piracy in low-sec Amarr space and Providence. Regarding NPC corps many people who have 'pirated' in the past use NPC Corps to avoid justice and assume that they are now unkillable by CVA because they left their formerly 'red' organisation. However, while CVA does not generally shoot NPC Corp members we will shoot NPC Corp members whose last corp/alliance was a red one or who are known to regularly pirate in Amarrian territory. As far as I recall Goons is an NBSI alliance and Arton is an Amarr/Ammatar system...
